The Spotted Mallard lights up for another star-studded night as we welcome Stephen Pigram for his only Melbourne show on a rare journey out of his beloved Broome.

Stephen Pigram is a Yawuru singer/songwriter from Australia's far northwest Kimberley region. He is well known for his work with his musical brothers in Broome's much loved Pigram Brothers band and for the 'saltwater country' style of music they deliver.

Most recently he has produced and scored the feature film Mad Bastards which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. His song Feel Like Going Home is an anthem in the Kimberleys. In 2006 Stephen and brother Alan were inducted into the West Australian Music Industry Hall of Fame, the first indigenous artists to receive this honour.

Stepping out solo he presents country folk 'n' bluesy musical snapshots of his hometown Broome in the great Kimberley region. Stephen is a multi-instrumentalist playing acoustic guitar, harmonica, ukulele and more.

Stephen will play the whole show and will be joined by special guests throughout the night.

This will be a huge night. Make sure you book early..... all roads lead to The Spotted Mallard!
