Melbourne singer-songwriter Stella Farnan is launching her much anticipated second single, ‘Act Like a Party’ at the Gasometer Upstairs on Thursday 21 November, 2019.

Stella has a voice that possesses an earthy soulfulness, cannily weaving a tapestry of emotion and intellect over pop/rock chords and textures, channelling the likes of Lucy Dacus and Courtney Barnett. 

‘Act Like a Party’ is anintoxicating indie pop song produced by Soren Maryasin, mixed by Callum Barter and mastered by Kathy Naunton. The track builds to a soaring chorus where Stella navigates the turbulence of growing up, fitting in and hoping to be invited…

Stella’s debut single ‘Love Spill’ created a buzz earlier this year when it received airplay on Triple J and the song helped land her a support slot with Alpine in Melbourne and Castlemaine in June.

Stella will be joined by very special guests GUS and Soren.
