St Pat's Day, it's time to taste all the flavours of Ireland with a menu prepared by Colin Fassnidge.

With nearly 365 days run and done since we turned on the lights, fired up the burners and opened the doors to the Banksia Bistro, what else is there to do other than throw a 1st birthday party.

On Saturday, March 17th, coincidentally also St Patricks Day, Banksia Bistro co-owner and in house Irish influence, one Colin Fassnidge, teams up with Head Chef Leigh McDivitt to take you to the Emerald Isles, one mouthful at a time, with 3 Irish inspired courses with matching wines for another Taste of Ireland.

The opportunity to share some of Ireland's favourite dishes is one that Colin looks forward to, with this being the third edition.

"My favourite thing about Taste of Ireland is that everyone enjoys them so much, from the kitchen to the diners. It's a great atmosphere with some good Irish fare".
