Workaholics
Comedy Central's hit series Workaholics has wowed the world - and the geniuses behind it are coming to Australia for the very first time to host two hilarious comedy galas with some of Australia's best known and emerging comedians. From the minds of the hilarious and irreverent internet sketch group Mail Order Comedy, Workaholics is a single-camera comedy featuring three friends who work together from 9 to 5, live together from 5 to 9 and party together 24/7. Dress codes, deadlines and waking up before noon are not things these guys are used to. They do their jobs and sometimes they even do them well, but they show up late, leave drunk and always live for the day ... even if they don't know what day it is. Exclusively for the Spectrum Now Festival, the co-creators, stars and director of the hit series - Blake Anderson, Adam Devine, Anders Holm and Kyle Newacheck - leap from the television to the stage to host two hilarious nights of stand up comedy in The Big Top.
The Big Top concert series is a licensed, all ages (16+ recommended) event. Spectrum Now Festival recommends parents/guardians should consider whether the Big Top concert is appropriate for their child and recommends that any children under 16 years of age who attend the Big Top are accompanied by their parent or guardian. Persons who are 18 years of age or older and wish to purchase alcohol MUST have valid photo ID (passport, Australian driver's license, proof of age card). Spectrum Now Festival @ The Domain welcomes and caterers for all ages, is family friendly and free to attend outside of the ticketed Big Top events.
The Sydney Morning Herald Spectrum Now Festival presented by ANZ is Sydney's newest cultural festival, returning in March 2016 for its second year. The festival is set to entertain and amaze, with free and ticketed events across art, music, stage and talks, including a limited capacity Big Top venue installed in Sydney's Domain to house 11 nights of music and comedy.
Experience Now. Remember Forever.
