To celebrate the release of their debut visual album ‘Alchemy', Adelaide folk-soul duo Sitara are presenting an intimate semi acoustic live performance of their album at city arts space, The Mill, complete with cosy mulled wine and soup on offer.

To celebrate the release of their debut visual album 'Alchemy', Adelaide soul-folk duo Sitara are joining Guitars in Bars and Umbrella Winter City Sounds with an intimate semi acoustic live performance of their album at city arts space, The Mill. Sisters Erin & Tess Fowler have taken a lifetime of shared experience to create music that resonates with haunting emotion and honesty - an evocative blend of soul, folk and pop music. Alchemy is Sitara's debut full-length visual album that uses drama, dance, time-lapse and storytelling to enhance and evoke a living picture of the music they have produced. Musically produced by Kiah Gossner and visually crafted by Repeater Productions (Director: Morgan Wright & Cinematographer: Ella Kroning) 8 videos for 8 songs have been woven together to create a captivating 40 minute film alongside the music. Sections of the film will be projected on the gallery walls during the performance to allow a ta ste of the visual album and to bring their nearest and dearest as well as their new friends into a space that allows Alchemy to live. Join them for some cosy soup and mulled wine and experience Sitara at their truest - duo Erin and Tess with their rich, soulful vocal harmonies.
