Garage doo wop, punk rock rhythm & soul, surfin' good times. All the way from Oakland, California, we are delighted that Shannon & the Clams are returning to OAF in 2019!

They are like "something from a John Waters lucid dream... complete with horny teenage anthems that walk the line between greasy, frantic 50s rock 'n' roll and innocent, hip-swinging 60s pop."

They came up with that great wave of Bay Area garage rock: Sonny, Hunx, Oh Sees, those types. 2018 has seen the release of Onion - a tribute to the Ghost Ship warehouse fire that devastated the music community in Oakland and musically their best record to date. 

Shannon & the Clams' live shows are famously vibrant and celebratory-sweaty, all-inclusive singalongs - come along and celebrate the Onion with your friends.
