Fans are calling it "The Spinal Tap of Rugby League".

The man who produced the viral State Of Origin anthem "That's In Queensland" returns to The Bridge Hotel with his cult hit live show Rugby League The Musical every Monday in August for his traditional "The Business End" season review season.

ARLC Chairman and former Queensland Premier Peter Beattie, said: "I'd recommend it to anyone, not just NRL fans." Comedy lovers with no understanding of the sport and footy aficionados alike have thoroughly enjoyed it.

Written and performed by Australia's hardest working sports and political satirist Denis Carnahan, the show sets out to prove through a series of hilarious songs, videos and impersonations, that Rugby League is not just the Greatest Game Of All, but also the Greatest Musical of all.

Following the success and rave reviews of Rugby League The Musical's 2019 National Tour of Queensland, Denis is back with rib tickling new material based on this year's footy season, and classics he's written for ABC Grandstand, Fire Up!, Fox Sports, The Matty Johns Show, and The Footy Show, which have made the show a hit.
