Ruby May, a local Sydney artist, combines her sweet vocals with story-telling lyrics and emotive music.

Ruby May released her debut EP 'Wanderer' (Produced by Jordi White) in 2014. Growing up songwriting and performing on guitar, this was Ruby's first break away from the folk style of music that started her musical path. The process of creating this EP opened her up to more electronic and synthesised production elements. In 2015, Ruby was forced to stop singing as she underwent two major jaw operations. She spent her recovery time exploring her songwriting and the motivation behind who she wanted to be as an artist.   The road ahead for Ruby May is looking to be an exciting adventure as she writes and self-produces her own work. Playing songs from 'Wanderer,' new releases such as her 2017 single 'Chasing The Sun' (Nik Karlin) and other unreleased tracks, this show will be a reflection of the journey Ruby May has been on and the new pathway she is forging.
