Returns to Brunswick on Tuesdays at The Brunswick Ballroom

Now in its 17^th year, Rock and Pop Culture Trivia, Melbourne’s longest running indie trivia night returns to Brunswick with a new home with two introductory Tuesday nights on the 9^th and 20^th of August at The Brunswick Ballroom.

Starting way back in 2006 and run by Melbourne trivia luminaries Jess McGuire and George H, Rock and Pop Culture Trivia has held a continuous run at The Corner Hotel on Wednesday nights, along with lengthy and beloved residencies at The East, The B.East, The Gasometer, and The Workers Club.

Thousands upon thousands of questions about music, film, TV and other weird (but important) facts have been asked, thousands of jugs won, and copious amounts of slabs, bottles of red wine, meal vouchers and gig tickets have been given away along with plenty of laughs and great music played along the way.

Rock & Pop Culture Trivia sets up its new home in the sumptuous surrounds of Melbourne’s fastest growing band room, The Brunswick Ballroom. The best Trivia brains from the North are invited back to test their otherwise useless pop culture knowledge against their equally knowledgeable peers for the chance to win prizes and of course, all important bragging rights weekly.

TICKETING INFO 

Brunswick Ballroom will be operating under the current Victorian State Government guidelines as we continue to live with this pandemic. 

The venue will be taking a number of precautionary measures to ensure patron safety, including:
 - Hand sanitiser dispensers
 - Signage and social distancing markers throughout the venue
 - Regular sanitising of the venue and full clean between sittings

The Brunswick Ballroom also strives to improve our practices when it comes to sustainability and to reduce our carbon footprint. We don’t sell or provide plastic water bottles.

Photo ID is essential, acceptable ID is a current and valid Australian Photo Drivers Licence, State Approved ‘Proof of Age’ card or Passport.
