Revolver Fridays, Mi Casa & Bloom are pleased to present underground champ, Amir Alexander.

Having built a name for himself as a renowned DJ and producer since 1993, Amir brings a raw and gritty modern spin on classic Chicago, Detroit and New York underground sounds.

His own label Vanguard Sound was founded in 2006 to chart his own musical evolution and is home to an extended family of likeminded artists such as Chris Mitchell, G. Marcell and Hakim Murphy. 

Beyond this his releases have featured on labels such as Chicago’s Bearatone Recordings and Argot, New York’s Plan B, Frankfurt’s Deep Vibes, as well as London’s Hype LTD and Secretsundaze.

Not just limited to the studio Amir has graced the decks at some of the worlds finest institutions such as Berlin’s Panorama Bar, Paris’ Rex Club, London’s Secretsundaze and we look forward to hosting him in the cage at Revolver Fridays.
