To be held on the 16th of January 2022, and hosted by “Szephyr Guitars” in conjunction with “Bleached Entertainment, and sponsored by “Heaps Normal”, this all-ages mini festival will include some of South East Queensland’s best musicians across a range of genres and speakers from multiple disciplinary backgrounds. The mini festival will be held at “The Triffid.” Being held in Mid-January the mini festival will be a great way to start the year with our “long form” Sunday Sesh’ running from 12:00pm – 9:30pm.

This Event is a charity fundraiser that aims to procure funding for both a set of local community focused charities and for two social enterprise programs. These are as follows; 

▪ Fundraising for donation to Charity Organizations; “North West Youth Accommodation Services,” “The Romero Centre,” and “Open Doors Youth Services,” who all provide targeted support in various forms to at risk Youth, displaced community members and mental health support to youth/community members in need. 

▪ Funding to continue Szephyr’s “Building Guitars Sustainably” program which teaches secondary education students from years 10 – 12 about sustainable material applications, embodied value of material and artefact and how to build guitars and donates guitars to at risk youth community members through aforementioned charity avenues 

▪ Funding to develop a Safe Space, all ages gig series with “Bleached Entertainment” to provide event.
