Forming in Melbourne in 1982, Painters and Dockers were a constant on the pub circuit. In 1988 their album 'Kiss My Art' peaked in the top 30 of the ARIA charts and has since celebrated it's 30th anniversary.

The unusual name was chosen early in the bands career when playing at a pub frequented by the Federated Ship Painters and Dockers Union, the band had no name and chose Painters and Dockers for the event, and the name stayed with the band from then on.

Join us for a night filled with all your favourite pub rock songs: 'Nude School', 'Die Yuppie Die' and 'You're Going Home in the Back of a Divi Van' as well as a selection of material from the bands vast catalogue.
