A love affair with good food, good drinks and great company inspired to me to start my own German Bier Cafe, Das Hund Haus, meaning The Dog House in German, nearly 3 years ago. That dream needs all my attention now so the time has come for me to part ways with my much-loved Bier Garten and set my sights on changing healthcare in Australia.
