Oly Sherman returns to The Lansdowne to Launch his Debut Album “ Land of All Pretend”
Oly Sherman’s voice engages from the onset. The indie folk songwriter has already been captivating audiences since his 2017 debut with a charming stage presence and approach to his craft. 2020 was a huge year for Oly with his first string of international shows early in the year, an Australia Council supported national tour (which is currently continuing throughout this year) and the release of three incredible singles; Madness, Homeboy and The World is in a Bad Room. All three singles receiving write ups from well-known press (Tonedeaf, NME, Music Feeds and Scenstre) and receiving radio play including Triple J, with ‘The World is in a Bad Room’ ranking 15 on Triple J Unearthed.
Oly has big plans for this year, having already released Lush Lyfe and his new single In The Summer he will release his debut album Land of All Pretend on June 18
