Alex Dyson did his first shift for triple j in 2007 at the age of 18, and has been soaking up the new music into his un-moisturised pores ever since. Despite getting up early for the national breakfast shift for the last 5 years, he's DJ-ed in places as diverse as Oh Hello in Brisbane, The Hi-fi in Sydney, and most of his mates house parties despite sometimes just wanting to have a break from music and sit down and relax on some rickety outside furniture. He's the reigning Friday Dance-Off champion, played Aussie rules in the NEAFL last season, and is pretty much single handedly responsible for Darude's 2014 Australian tour but is happy to let Peking Duk take all the credit cos he's all like pffft whatever.
