• Barramundi with a passionfruit beurre blanc, bok choy and a potato gratin on a cauliflower purée 
• Rare roast beef served on cauliflower purée with potato gratin with a salsa verde (GF)

• Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce, served with double cream
