NoLess is the brainchild of Melbourne musician Aidan Ryan. 

The vulnerability of their songwriting and lyricism is cantered throughout their works, offering a space for playful and open engagement with the many curveball experiences that life can throw at us.  This is all expressed through interwoven soulful melodies and deep intoxicating grooves. 

Supported by rhythm section members, Robbie Belchamber (Bass), Gene Du Vergier (Drums), Christy Wozitsky-Jones (Keys) and vocalists, Indigo King and Grace Robinson, NoLess’ debut EP released at the beginning of 2021 is the result of years of refining, arranging and performing those songs together as a group. Having spent the past year writing and refining, NoLess is eager to share their new body of work.

A raw and vulnerable side of soul/jazz/RnB. Powerful yet intimate, and direct in their delivery of lyrics and grooves that pierce you in the heart and smack you in the guts. Good Luck Omen is the honey-dipped vocals of singer Kalala (NZ/AUS) and guitar/effect marvels of Diego Villalta (AUS/SV). The duo soared into the Melbourne/Naarm music scene like a jet in late 2018 and have turned heads playing at Strawberry Fields, Melbourne Music Week, The Brunswick Festival, HEAR Footscray, the Melba Spiegeltent and more. They’ve also supported a range of local and interstate artists such as Melodownz, Laneous, Pataphysics, Messy Mammals, Mz Rizk, Michaela Jayde and others

Danika 

Danika Smith is known for her folk soul sound, tender lyrics, honey stick melodies and charismatic satire. And whilst folk is heaven, no doubt; curiosity, desire and an inner groove has seen Danika's experimental musical metamorphosis. With the growing success of her EP, titled ‘When Love Comes' and singles like 'Suit of Armour’ and ‘Sweet Mellow D', Danika's music career continues to blossom.

Brunswick Ballroom will be operating under the current Victorian State Government guidelines as we continue to live with this pandemic. 

The venue will be taking a number of precautionary measures to ensure patron safety, including:
 - Hand sanitiser dispensers
 - Signage and social distancing markers throughout the venue
 - Regular sanitising of the venue and full clean between sittings

The Brunswick Ballroom also strives to improve our practices when it comes to sustainability and to reduce our carbon footprint. We don’t sell or provide plastic water bottles.
