It draws upon years of this versatile artist’s experience and ‘genre-hopping’ to deliver a multi-faceted performance via an eclectic mix of alternative rock, new wave and dark wave music. 

A stellar band including Jess Ciampa (Jeff Duff) and Paul Najar (Wa Wa Nee) she delves into the catalogues of artists as diverse as k.d. lang, Elvis Costello, Split Enz and Nirvana. Each song gets its own treatment; from high energy, rock pieces to stripped-down instrumentations revealing lustful lyrical content with undertones of jealousy and seduction. Susannah’s performance stretches from darkly dramatic to quirky, producing moments of intensity and frivolity. 

Moulin Roque takes the many strings of a passionate performer and ties them up into one evocative little package. It’s one you’ll want to unwrap again and again.
