Monique Brumby is on the cusp of releasing her 7th studio album. A 2 X ARIA Award winning singer/songwriter, recently relocated to Tasmania, Monique is putting the finishing touches on her forthcoming album 'Closer To The Truth' at her Thylacine House Studios in Hobart. Showcasing her new songs at her only Melbourne show for 2019, attendees will have the chance to preview the new songs prior to release. Monique is an advocate for young women and artists, her lyrics reflect her work to eliminate social and economic marginalization. Melodic guitar and vocal stylings shape Monique's current songs and she will be joined on stage by bass player Maryanne T. Window with special guests including Sarah Carroll and George Carroll Wilson.
