Mixtape Sessions matched beer and food evening is coming back to the Brewhouse for Volume 2.
At our Mixtape sessions we get a little adventurous - a little high brow - with our food offering. We deck the place out all nice and stuff and even do table service - it's the fanciest you'll see the Brewhouse.
We get Beer Kitchen head chef Garth Cleveland and butcher Marty Morgan on board to come up with a special menu just for the night. The food and beer pairings are done by the host of the night, Advanced Cicerone Matt Marinich, who will be there to talk you through the rhyme and reason of the match ups.
We treat you to three tracks (courses) plus a bonus track, each one paired with a different Otherside beer, plus a palate cleanser on arrival.
For those playing along at home, that's four courses and five beers. All this for a cool $65 (+bf).
And if you're not into beer, we'll have some wine available for you on the night.
Unfortunately we can't cater for special dietary requirements, and if you plan on drinking all the beers we give you make sure to find a way home other than driving.
