The Milford Street Shakers will perform their hip-shakin’ versions of Christmas songs and carols along with all your favourite hits from the Motown era and more!

Their unique take on classics like ‘Stop! In The Name Of Love’, ‘Land of 1000 Dances’ and ‘Uptight (Everything’s Alright)’ will have you dancing the night away to their groovy beats. The Milford Street Shakers brand of high impact, high energy, will provide an ideal incentive to get up and dance.

The powerful sounds of The Milford St. Shakers have become a firm favourite with Australian audiences of all ages who love to get up and dance to the Motown and Soul music of the 1960s.

Front woman Mia Matthiessen and her upbeat, high energy 11-piece band will feature; James Vinciullo on bass, Dominic D'Leno on drums, Imogen Thomson on percussion Andy Jarvis on guitar, Austin Salisbury on keyboards, Robert Bresland on trumpet, Mark Sprogowski on tenor sax, Jemima Mills on baritone sax and backing vocalists Taonga Thomson-Lawrence and Roera Mako. 

Special guest, Kallan Phillips will make an appearance with the band on Friday 18th December for one show only. Phillips was one of the band’s founding members and is back for Christmas after two years away working in the ACT.
