Important Information

Acceptable Forms of ID for 18+ Events: Current Australian driver licence or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver license must be presented for admittance at Mekka Races. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted and patrons will be refused entry.

No alcohol or illicit drugs can be taken into MEKKAFEST. If you are caught attempting to enter with alcohol or illicit drugs, your ticket will be forfeited and you will be escorted from the site with no re-entry with the matter referred to the police.

Prohibited items: Illicit drugs, alcohol, items that can be used as a weapon, signs & banners, balloons, bottled water (including sealed bottles). Read Conditions of Entry here.

Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited unless done so in the designated outdoor smoking areas – the Brisbane Racing Club operate under a one warning rule.

Entry will be refused if intoxicated /Under the influence on arrival or behaving in an inappropriate or aggressive manner.
