Event Details

Marlon Williams brings his cinematic strings, rollicking guitar, tender piano moments and that voice - the one that's seen him described as "the impossible love child of Elvis, Roy Orbison and Townes Van Zandt" - to the Twilights lawn. Since the release of his 2018 record, 'Make Way For Love', the New Zealand singer-songwriter has hit the road with everyone from Band Of Horses and City & Colour to the one and only Bruce Springsteen; brought the house down in a live performance on Conan; and shared the screen with Lady Gaga in A Star is Born.

Marlon Williams is joined at Zoo Twilights by his old touring buddy, Laura Jean. A chance encounter with a '90s keyboard kick-started the experimental pop direction the Melbourne artist took her acclaimed record, 'Devotion', in. Influenced by '80s adult contemporary pop and '70s disco, Laura Jean's new music is both totally modern and undeniably timeless.

All proceeds help Zoos Victoria fight to save the Eastern Barred Bandicoot from extinction.

Please note: Member tickets can only be used by Zoos Victoria Members. A valid Zoos Victoria membership card must be presented at the gate for each member ticket.

Hamper tickets do not include entry to the show. A separate valid event ticket must be held for entry.
