Jazz and Latin styles nuanced by Indian classical music

Guy Strazz Quartet 
Multi-awarded guitarist and composer Guy Strazz and his classic guitar-piano quartet present music where tradition and innovation come together. His original compositions and improvisations embody jazz and Latin styles nuanced by Indian classical music, an approach extended to arrangements of classic jazz/Latin standards such as Miles Davis’ All Blues, of which music writer John Shand says: “The Indo-jazz reinterpretation of Davis’s All Blues is stunningly beautiful”. The quartet will also play works by Rodgers and Hammerstein, Chick Corea, and Tom Jobim.

Joining Guy are the talented and in-demand young players in pianist Casey Golden and bassist Karl Dunnicliff while the nationally acknowledged master drummer, Dave Goodman, brings his musicality and consummate rhythmic artistry to the group.
