In celebration of their first release of 2020, ‘Hey Mister’, LSF will be hosting a single launch to keep your Hottest 100 day party rolling at La La La’s on the 25th of January.

Left Side Filter’s first release of 2020, ‘Hey Mister’ is a sentimental song about the human condition, ageing and the disconnect it brings with elderly relatives, explored through singer Blake’s relationship with his ageing grandfather. The track is wrapped up in a bittersweet anthemic chorus, with fuzzy and distorted guitars reminiscent of a 90’s alt rock radio track.

Joining them are psych riff rock band ‘Tex’, alt-rock duo ‘Kim’s Laundry’ and Supereater.
