Sydney’s Goddess of song and soul, LADY KING, returns with her latest single ‘Tease Me’; an anthem celebrating the joys of rediscovering love, available on all platforms Friday 4th June 2021.

LADY KING’s enchanting sound, a distinct blend of smooth vocals and soulful grooves, is used as a medium to communicate self expression and the trials and tribulations faced as a female/POC artist.

Hailing from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to the Inner West, Lara aka LADY KING began her musical journey at age 10 playing classical cello, piano and singing. Eventually discovering her love for songwriting and performing, Lara released her debut single “I Want You Bad” in 2018, which placed her at the forefront of the burgeoning Aussie soul movement.

With a vast skill set and a love for all music, Lara has collaborated extensively with the likes of Mojo Juju, Ocean Alley, Lime Cordiale, Eagle Eye Jones and performs actively in Joseph Liddy and the Skeleton Horse.

Reminiscent of Sade, Alicia Keys and Roberta Flack, LADY KING aims to captivate, inspire and empower audiences, whilst evoking emotion and deep thought from listeners. She will be joined by 8 of Sydney’s finest musicians and supported by sultry female headliners, Annalina and Ellen Mara.
