Eilish Gilligan

With over one million collective streams across Spotify alone, Melbourne producer, singer and songwriter Eilish Gilligan has made a big mark over the past couple years, releasing incredible stand-alone singles and thoughtful, eccentric EPs that showcase the vulnerability of an innate and reflective songwriter and producer, coupled with powerful pop production and arrangements.

From the get go, Eilish was quick to gain airplay and support far and wide; her warm, spectral pop music earned full triple j rotation with 2018 single S.M.F.Y (which became one of the most aired songs over the summer), glowing write-ups from Rolling Stone Australia, Red Bull, and NME, a feature on Bandcamp’s homepage, and live supports with Alex Lahey, E^st, Confidence Man, and SAFIA.

In the midst of a the COVID-19 pandemic, Eilish wrote, produced and engineered her debut EP Hospital in 2020; a soft yet piercing collection of music evocative of Phoebe Bridgers and Lorde, Eilish proved her artistic versatility once again. She celebrated the release with a sold out show at The Corner Hotel in January 2021, and won the coveted, industry-voted ‘Best Producer’ accolade at the 2021 Music Victoria awards for her efforts.

Stella Farnan

Stella Farnan couples raw authenticity with rare songwriting savvy as she scrutinises senti-mentality and apathy with a dew-drop fresh voice. Her songs deliver a soul-bearing honesty through catchy melodies that vibrate with edge and heart.

Stella’s 2019 singles ‘Love Spill’ and ‘Act Like a Party’ garnered national radio play and saw Stella listed in The AU Review’s 2020 artists to watch. Stella was also given the Darebin Songwriters Award for ‘Act Like a Party’.

Yi-Lynn

Melbourne musician Yi-Lynn makes music about love, gore and the impending apocalypse.

She launched her independently release debut LP "Spit into somebody's mouth" to a sold-out crowd at Some Velvet Morning in May 2019.

Singles "Collapse" and "The Search Continues" have been played on triple j, featured on tri-ple j podcasts, 3RRR, and 3CR. "The Butcher's Wife" is the winner of the 2019 triple j Un-earthed/NIDA music video competition.

Yi-Lynn’s music has been described as "unbelievably captivating" and praised for its "superb lyrical content".

Audition Tape

Audition Tape is the new project by Melbourne-based musicians Hamish Patrick and Lauren Coutts.

Drawing from their shared love of pop and electronic music, Audition Tape is an expression of something new and exciting for both artists; a melting pot of lush dream-pop and brooding electronic textures accompanied by Coutts’ honest storytelling.

Deep Dive, the first taste of their forthcoming EP, combines dreamy synth textures with mus-cular, driving bass and percussion, as Coutts’ emotive vocals make a plea to stay strong in turbulent times. The rest of the EP makes just as strong an impression, made clear by im-pressive collaborators including Chris Walla (Death Cab for Cutie, Tegan and Sara), Tristan Hoogland (Joji, SG Lewis), Gab Strum (Japanese Wallpaper, MAY-A, Mallrat) and Andrei Er-emin (Tones + I, Hiatus Kaiyote).

Nat Vazer

Nominated for Best Breakthrough Artist at the 2020 Music Victoria Awards, the Melbourne artist has been performing extensively over the past three years, supporting artists such as #1 Dads, Last Dinosaurs, touring with Kingswood and Lime Cordiale, and joining the line ups of Summersalt Festival (The Teskey Brothers, John Butler), St Kilda Festival (The Jezabels, The Preatures) and more.

Vazer's work is deeply grounded in the candid day to day, the specifically imagined and the diaristic, intimate details.  The last few years have been some of the most prolific for Vazer who quit her 9-5 career to focus on writing.  'Since emerging with her earliest solo work back in 2018, the rising musician has blossomed into an essential name within the Melbourne music world and its bright -lit future ahead' - Pilerats.
