Newest surf-pop-rock Melbourne lads, Kitschen Boy, are set to release their first single ever, 'Life in Lo-Fi', in style at Boney on Friday March 22.
Having played around Melbourne for the past two years, the KB guys spent the last quarter of 2018 transitioning their fun, on stage atmosphere, and translating those vibes in the studio in their first recording. Written by lead singer, Dylan Baddeley, 'Life In Lo-Fi’ puts a positive spin on some un-savoury life circumstances by taking solace in freindships and Dyl’s love for driving old cars. Life In Lo-Fi was engineered and mixed by local must Flamingo Jones AKA Juno Disco, and mastered by Joe Carra at Crystal Mastering. Kitchen Boy will be joined by similarly local legends ‘FLOSS' and 'Wax Jax and the Midnight Snax' for a down right party.
