Event Details

Shakedown Prophets are an Australian tribute act celebrating the music of Jerry Garcia and Grateful Dead. 

The combo draws from the wide panoply of Sydney musos, singer/songwriters to jazz, r’n’b, soul, southern rock players, but all with a common de#ning element… reaching into the true spirit of the song, covering a broad range of the Dead’s journey, from the beloved rootsy  acoustic shows, the psychedelic ‘70’s to the well-travelled early ‘90’s and striving to capture the true spirit of their musical legacy and culture.

Shakedown Prophets are Australian guitarist / songwriter Ben Chakravorty - guitar, vocals, along with English born picker / singer-songwriter Mark Lucas (Dead Setters) – vocals, guitar, Bayley Dunn – vocals, guitar, Ariel Abetted – vocals, Adrian Leppard – bass, Darren Richards – keyboards and Avinash Chordia – drums.

Together these Sydney Deadheads proudly present an evening imbued with the spirit of the band who were not only “the best at what they do, they are the only ones that do what they do”. At this show the band will likely be joined by fellow Deadheads guesting from other tribute bands around the country, a few surprises are in store. 


 This is an 18+ event.

Shows will be seated and limited to 75 per sitting, patrons will be seated to allow for social distancing.

Artists to perform two separate sittings, 6.00pm - 8.30pm & 9.30pm - 12.00am.

Dinner & Show packages include entry, seating and a one course meal.

Tickets will need to be pre-purchased, no door sales will be available on the night.

Minimum two tickets per transaction to so we can fill the capacity while keeping everyone properly distanced.

Please adhere to social distancing at all times and follow direction from venue staff.

The venue will be taking a number of precautionary measures to ensure patron safety, including:

- Hand sanitiser dispensers

- Signage and social distancing markers throughout the venue

- Regular sanitising of the venue and full clean between sittings


Once purchased tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable

A booking fee applies to all advance tickets. (All quoted prices include tax).

Please note: tables cannot be joined together on the evening. Please ensure everyone you wish to seat at your table is included in your booking to avoid being seated separately.

Dangerous behaviour including Crowd Surfing, Stage Diving, Moshing and Violent Dancing is not allowed and will result in your immediate removal from this venue.
Inappropriate behaviour at this venue will lead to your banning.
