Jazmin & Monsieur P’s Parisian Rendez Vous is back at The Basement!

On February 7th at The Basement, Sydney's premier jazz club, audiences will experience the vaudevillian, acrobatic, operatic, tap dancing sensation with an extended cast of musicians and dancers coming together in a Parisian style rendez vous.  A cabaret adventure through Paris via song, tap dance, music and burlesque, Parisian Rendez Vous guests international burlesque star Sarina del Fuego, jazz songstress Cathrine Summers and musicians Ann Palumbo, Paul Laszlo, Jane Andino and Rose McDonald.  

The brainchild of writer/producer Ruby Boukabou (Master of Theatre, principal of Ruby TV) in collaboration with actor/singer/acrobat Ben Palumbo (ex Legs on the Wall/ Rock 'n Roll Circus- now Circa), Parisian Rendez Vous recounts a semi-autobiographic series of theatrical adventures in the French capital by threading cabaret/burlesque numbers through swinging and toe-tapping tunes. From Edith Piaf to hot club jazz to tango.

The show was a smash last Autumn at The Camelot Lounge (Sydney), Red Bennies (Melbourne) and The Basement with guest slots at The Spiegeltent, Field Day, The Ruby Revue and The Victoria Room.   

Musically directed by Ann Palumbo, Parisian Rendez Vous will feature a set by rising jazz songstress Cathrine Summers, a performance by Sarina Del Fuego, international burlesque star, as well as The Sydney Tap crew and surprise guest stars. Tap dance choreography is by Australian Tap legend Glenn Wood, who may just make a guest appearance...

Gen. admission Standing: $30 + booking fee presale (purchase online at the bottom of this page)
At the door if available: $35

Dinner & Show tickets: $84.80 per person
Dinner & Show tickets include entry, seating and a 2 course meal 
(entree & main, 4 choices for each). 

Dinner & Show tickets are only available by phone.
