The crew at Hooked Inc is very excited to announce our 2018 official launch event -INPSYDE-

After recent events featuring some of Perth's best underground prog/psy and dnb/neuro HOOKED is going large and taking over the The Game Sports Bar for a night of pure psychedelia.

We're inviting special guest from Brazil Bruno Azalim showcasing 2 of his projects Onionbrain from Uroboros Records and Nargun (Parvati Records) plus Perth's best prog and psytrance producers.

Featuring intense live visuals, funky decor and the Sublime Sound Systems we're trance-forming the main hall into Perth's most psychedelic indoor playground.

ONIONBRAIN - URUBOUS RECORDS

Onionbrain is the project founded in 2007 by Bruno Azalim, from Brazil. His music can be described as deep progressive trance with an obscure psychedelic touch. Influenced by the darker side of psychedelic trance and metal, rock n roll and industrial bands, he blends all his musical influences with the science fiction genre and morphs it into the Onionbrain music. After some years of hard work he accumulate releases on many labels like Cosmic Conspiracy, Mind Tweakers, Glitchy.Tonic, Occulta, Selknam and Uroboros Records (this last one founded by him and Zartrox in the beginning of 2010) and presentations in some of the main parties and festivals on most of the brazilian states, like 303 Art Festival, Earthdance, Ecologic, Festival Fora do Tempo, Magic Paradise, Tandava, Universo Paralello & Zuvuya, and gigs in South and Central America, India, Israel and Europe.

Uroboros is a symbol of the eternity, the infinite. Symbolized by a snake biting its own tail, it represents the evolution cycle, the movement and continuity. Based on this concept, Uroboros Records began in 2010 created by Bruno Azalim (Onionbrain) and Tiago Jammal (Zartrox), both from Brazil, with the objective of spread the darker and deeper side of progpsy trance. Since then its beens responsible for the movement of an entire musical genre, been the first label in Brazil to release only nocturnal progressive trance and support underground artists worldwide.

NARGUN - PARVATI RECORDS

From the dimensional depths of cosmic consciousness comes the NARGUN, a creature formed of high-frequency sound waves and quantum reverberations. NARGUN is the name of the new project of 2 exponents of psytrance underground national: Bruno Azalim 'ONIONBRAIN' and Juliano Bcheche of Belo Horizonte's revelation project in 2011, 'TIJAH'. The main influence comes from the duality of existence in the cosmos. The conflict and the symbiosis between nature and technology, transmitted in a hypnotic and intense rhythm of dense atmospheres and intelligent synthesizers, providing the magic of trance and dance

Parvati Records is an independent record label started in Denmark during the summer 2000 with the wish to contribute actively to the growth of the Psy-trance scene and with the vision of creating a platform to support and spread the development of the Psychedelic culture expressed through Music.
