Event Details

After months of isolation and having cancelled shows across Australia and Europe, iiah are back to 'RE-launch' their album Terra and play the album in full from start to finish in a special once off performance.

We invite you all to join us and celebrate the release many months later. CDs and merch will be available. We are lucky to have the very talented My Chérie start the evening off with her mesmerising and ambient music.

Doors open at 8pm and $10 entry

The event is also be live streamed as part of an initiative to promote post-rock bands around the world with details to be shared soon.

Please Note: We will be monitoring the situation and post any updates as we get closer to the event. We encourage everyone to come in a safe and healthy manner, maintain social distancing where possible, keep sanitising. If you are sick, please stay at home. Head Banging is allowed 😉

BIO About the Album Release:

After the launch of their self-titled EP in 2015, the band followed up with their debut album Distances in 2017 which received significant attention and interest throughout the post-rock community and lead the band to share stages with Mono, We Lost The Sea and Cog.

iiah returns with their second album Terra. Prepare to be transported to alternate planes of existence. It represents both a maturity and evolved vision of the journey the band began with ‘Distances’, combining their distinctive vocal style with deliberate and purposeful exploration through moments of light and dark in both music and the human experience. The band was set to tour the album across Australia and Europe in 2020, highlighted by appearances at Wide Open Space Festival (Alice Springs, Australia) and dunk!festival (Zottegem, Belgium). Unfortunately these were cancelled due to Covid restrictions.
