We are back for 2020, this time at the glorious Gasometer across 2 stages. 16 bands. 3pm – Late.

A line-up so full of non-male talent that you’ll want to SCREAM!!!!

100% of this mixed genre bill features at least one non-male member, all volunteering their time to empower our non-male youth.

100% of the profits from this event will go towards GR!M

THIS IS AN 18+ EVENT

Girls Rock! is a national network of music camps for girls, trans and gender-diverse youth between the ages of 10 - 17 years old. Throughout the duration of these camps, campers will learn an instrument, participate in creative workshops, form their own band, and write an original song to perform at a showcase.

These camps are staffed by volunteers who empower marginalised youth to use the power of music as a means to create personal and social change. Through sharing of resources, cooperation and collaboration, these camps are used to address the problem of gender inequality in the music industry.

We would like to acknowledge that this event takes place on stolen land. We pay our respect to Elders; past, present and emerging, and we should always keep in mind the fact that sovereignty has never been ceded in so-called ‘Australia’.
