If you haven't done much recording in the field, going out with your microphone can feel quite daunting. In this workshop, Georgia Moodie (ABC RN) and Vanessa Fuchs (Branch Out) take you on a field recording adventure through the Royal Botanic Garden and share their techniques for capturing great audio in the wild.

This session is pitched at people new to field recording who want to learn skills and have fun doing it.

Note: This session is hands on and you'll need to bring something to record on. This can be as simple as your smartphone and earbuds, or it could be a recorder and microphone. Audiocraft is unable to provide equipment for this session.
