A night of original acoustic music from Sydney bands Hephalump and Union Road.
The brainchild of Mitch McLaine, Nick Cranch, Patrick Ellem, Erin Tillett and Tom Myles, Hephalump is a spooky exploration of all things folk, rootsy, and bluegrass. Come experience lyrical tales of scary movies, undead rivers, rogue cowboys and religious fanatics, underpinned by dark alternative country music. Featuring blistering banjo solos, tongue-in-cheek vocals and driving grooves, Hephalump brings an unstoppable energy that can turn any shindig into a true hullabaloo.
Union Road is not just a band, not just a tale of woe and deception, but an interwoven tapestry of musical narrative. Meander down its haggard haunts, and meet its inhabitants, all of whom have a dark secret to hide. With the soaring vocals of Angus Findlay, the sultry sweet basslines of Oscar Joe, and the snap crackle and pop of Tomas Myles's drumbeats, we hope you will all join us for a stroll into the depths of Union Road.
This is a Covid-safe show. Pre-sale tickets only. No walk-ups.
