The team at the Brunswick Ballroom is in the process of tweaking our dinner & show menu for Summer.

Whilst you can't enjoy live music and fine food at the Ballroom currently, a wonderful alternative is turning up the home stereo, cracking a bottle, and ordering HEAT@HOME.

Imagine if Uber eats and Hello fresh had a baby; the convenience of takeout yet the satisfaction of cooking your own meal, delicately curated and prepped by our Head Chef and Maestro Clint Akers.

In light of these uncertain times, we have taken inspiration from revolutionary periods of history. Offering a choice of two proteins with delicious sauces and sides, servings for 2 or 4 people perfect for a romantic dinner or family feast.

WHAT'S ON OFFER??

* Rasputin’s Rump - 400g wagyu rump (MS4+medium) with stroganoff sauce

Named after the self-proclaimed prophet friend to Tsars and peasants alike.

This robust grilling cut has been cooked slowly sous vide to a perfect medium doneness where at home you will finish it by adding a golden crust in a reverse searing process. The sauce is a take on the classic Russian empire dish (which was attributed to French chefs) shallots and mushrooms sauteed golden simmered with tomato, mustard, roasted chicken stock and brandy and finished with crème Fraiche.

* Bain Marie Antionette - French-style roast chicken with red wine jus

Named for her part in promoting smallpox inoculation. This half-bird is brined for flavour and succulence then poached in tarragon mustard butter.

Finished to crispy-skinned perfection in your oven or BBQ at home.

The sauce is a reduction of dark roasted chicken stock with port and red wine to a velvety consistency

Potato and caramelized onion gratin; layered potatoes with deep caramelized onion gently baked with cream, stock, butter, cheese, and spices

Radish, fennel, frisee and herb salad with shallot vinaigrette; A beautiful light bitter leaved salad with the freshness of fennel and radish tossed in our champagne vinegar and shallot vinaigrette.
