International touring singer-songwriter and First Nations artist Glenn Skuthorpe returns to the Spotted Mallard off the back of a highly successful tour of Canada to launch new album Wild Winds of Dooga.
Glenn Skuthorpe, a Nhunggabarra, Kooma, Muruwari man from Goodooga NSW, has carved a reputation as a masterful lyricist and compelling performer who gives voice to those whose stories must be heard. Glenn returns to the Spotted Mallard off the back of a highly successful tour of Canada across five provinces to include appearing in the Edmonton Folk Music Festival line up alongside Buffy Sainte-Marie and launching the new album at one of Toronto's finest listening rooms, the Burdock Music Hall. So it just makes sense that his next stop will be at one of Melbourne's finest, the Spotted Mallard on October 18 with some very special guests. Stay tuned for more.
