Three-time Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, musician and activist Fantastic Negrito (Xavier Dphrepaulezz) mines a deep vein of family history in his latest release White Jesus Black Problems. 

Grappling with racism, capitalism and the very meaning of freedom itself, he mixes blistering rock and roll grit with infectious R&B grooves and buoyant funk energy to deliver a sound that manages to feel both vintage and experimental all at once. 

His enthralling personal story from the highs of a million-dollar record deal to the lows of a near fatal car accident, and his inter-racial family history, inform his music as it traverses genres from African rhythms to Delta blues.
