Millions of Australian sheep and cattle are crowded on ships and exported around the world each year. There is no nice way to transport live animals half way around the world to be killed for meat - all suffer and many die on the way. In importing countries most of the animals are then killed whilst fully conscious.

The greatest hope for an end to this cruel trade lies with compassionate and clear voices telling federal members of parliament that this is wrong.

The exported cattle and sheep cannot speak up, but we can all do that for them and ensure together we create a kinder world.
