Ella & Sienna + BAND - single launch, @ The Jade, with special guest Lucas Day

Ella & Sienna, fresh from their smashing appearance on The Voice, and the release of their recent single ‘Next to Mine’, are thrilled to be launching their next single at The Jade on 1 July. The Adelaide Hills sisters will be joined by their awesome band (John Stoddart, Sebastian Brook & Michael Marino) in addition to special guest, the incredible Lucas Day.

Expect to be blown away by a formidable combination of soaring vocals, captivating sibling harmonies, catchy pop hooks, and country inspired storytelling, wrapped together with an energetic folk-rock vibe.

Proving they are one of the most exciting emerging artists amongst the folk/pop/country spectrum, Ella & Sienna have captured a compelling string of accolades for both songwriting and performance, most recently appearing as a Finalist on The Voice Australia, Season 11.

Drawing on diverse influences spanning from Fleetwood Mac to 90’s alternative rock, Kasey Chambers and Taylor Swift, the sisters have garnered an impressive repertoire of sparkling original material and are beyond excited to be bringing their full-band headline show to The Jade for the 2022 Umbrella Festival.

SA singer/songwriter Lucas Day always thought he was a shocking drummer – turns out he was just using the wrong limbs. With guitar in hand and footdrums at his feet, Lucas is bringing his solo live show to The Jade.

Redefining the honky-tonk stereotype of a one man band, Lucas is better described as a soulful simultaneous instrumentalist, with influences from Foo Fighters, John Mayer and Hozier through his funky flavour of singer/songwriter rock.
