Adelaide is set to be hit by a wall of sound as Downpour Festival lands at UniBar Adelaide, delivering a large-scale, full-day showcase of heavy alternative music built on atmosphere, groove, and power.

Headlined by Mammal, Downpour Festival brings together a lineup that blends heavy alternative with progressive influence and modern edge — driven by big riffs, dynamic songwriting, and emotionally charged performances.

Presented by Soundsurge Promotions, Downpour Festival marks a significant expansion following the success of Soundsurge Festival earlier this year, scaling up in both scope and lineup to deliver a darker, heavier, storm-inspired event designed as a destination festival for heavy alternative fans.

Joining Mammal on the lineup are Khan, Control the Sun, The Unset, Macëy, Outerworlds, Skin Thief, Nocturnal Animals, Suffer the Evenue, Akira Slide, Terra Axis, and Mountains Below — representing a broad cross-section of
Australia's heavy alternative scene.
