Join the team at one of Noosa’s newest restaurants Padstows for a three course dinner matched with wines. For entrée you will enjoy House cured King Ora salmon, horseradish crème fraîche pannacotta, pickled fennel & micro herb salad, salmon pearls, salsa verde, sourdough crisps. Followed by Cape Grim beef eye fillet, parsnip puree, butter braised baby leeks & peas, smoked onion rings, thyme roasted bone marrow butter, red wine jus. And then crack into a ‘First Batch’ cold drip espresso crème brûlée, chocolate hazelnut biscotti for dessert.
