Dalang Ballroom is curved to ensure everyone can enjoy the city skyline and harbour views, floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping wrap around outdoor balcony. Located on the first level, with uninterrupted views of the Sydney Fireworks. With live music and DJ all night to dance and celebrate. 

Enjoy an all-inclusive cocktail dinner with roving canapes, live food stations designed by our Executive Chef Gursu Mertel, with a welcome cocktail on arrival and Verve champagne and premium Australian wines, beers and softdrinks served throughout the night.
