Close Quarters @ The Sewing Room is part of our mission to break down the barriers of classical music. Close Quarters concerts, performed in unique spaces and lasting around 60 minutes in length, are intimate and casual, and provide the flexibility for music-lovers of all kinds to include an exquisite music experience into their night-time activities.

Come along as the Australian String Quartet performs in the old engine-room of one of Perth's finest old fashion houses. This beautiful building on Murray Street was the birthplace of label Pierucci, and in its basement was the location of its garment sewing room.

Gone but definitely not forgotten, the new Sewing Room (same location) is an exciting Nightclub and Live Music Venue, cloaking the city in the most inspiring of art, music and performance experiences.
