The safety of Taronga Zoo guests, staff and animals is always of the utmost importance, as is the need to do our part to protect and support our communities. 

Following NSW Health advice on the emerging COVID-19 cluster on the Northern Beaches and the large number of event ticket holders impacted, Taronga is cancelling its Christmas Concert scheduled for  Saturday 19th December.   We understand you may be disappointed, but the safety of our guests and staff is always our highest priority.  

Taronga wishes you and your family and friends a safe and happy Christmas.  

You don’t need to do anything; your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account and we’ll let you know when this has been done. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. If your card details have changed, please wait for Moshtix to contact you directly regarding this.  

If you're unable to see the refund in your account after 5 business days, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix. Alternatively, if you purchased tickets from an outlet you will need to go back to the point of purchase.
