This is a one-nighter event, and selling fast. With exquisite Teusner Wines wine pairings carefully selected by Director of Cuttings Wine, Justine Walters, delight in chef Tiw Rakarin's extraordinary cuisine stemming from the crisp, mouth-watering flavours of Indochine. With a menu designed for sharing, you will be transported on a culinary journey up the Mekong River, meandering through Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand. It promises a unique dining experience, brought to life with a theme of sensory cuisines, adventure and sharing with loved ones.
