Charli Lucas has been making music and telling stories her whole life. While no stranger to the stage, this will be the first time she’s let her well-crafted tracks out of her bedroom speakers and onto the stage with a band. After recently getting airplay on Triple J for her latest single ‘Adored’, Charli is stoked to be launching her new single ‘These Days’ live at the Vanguard on May 23rd.

Inspired by the likes of BENEE, SZA and Mallrat, Charli’s self-deprecating lyricism and mind-worming melodies tell the story of life in her early 20’s. Created with her producer Regi (who is also the hot bassist in her band,) ‘These Days’ speaks to the fear that your best days are behind you as a young adult.
