Dear All,

Our (+82)CULTURE team and event partners have been closely monitoring the current COVID-19 outbreak situation and due to the elevated level of the health crisis and further social banning, we unfortunately inform you that Changmo’s Underground Rockstar Australia Tour 2020 has been CANCELLED.

For ticket holders, not to worry and stress as full refunds will be given effective immediately. This may take some time due to the large numbers of recent cancelled events. However, we are working closely with our event partners and ticketing agency to return your refund to you as soon as possible. Thus, your patience would be our biggest support during these times.   

We will look to reschedule this tour to a later date once the COVID-19 outbreak is under controlled and is deemed safe. In the meantime, as there has been high demand for tickets we’d like to offer all ticket holders to sign up to our email here(, in which will give you priority access to Changmo’s Underground Rockstar Australia Tour tickets when rescheduled.

Moshtix Refund Information:

Due to the number of cancellations, our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual. You don’t need to do anything; your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account and we’ll let you know when this has been done. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. If your card details have changed, please wait for Moshtix to contact you directly regarding this. 

If you're unable to see the refund in your account after 5 business days, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix. 

If you purchased tickets from an outlet you will need to go back to the point of purchase.
