Northside Americana songsters Cat Canteri and Ben Mastwyk join forces to launch their brand new singles, Fitzroy Bowl and This Country.
Fitzroy Bowl by Cat Canteri tells the story of two boys who spend their mornings skateboarding in Edinburgh Gardens until their friendship is torn apart by circumstances beyond their control. It explores the kindness and compassion of children, whist reflecting on social privilege and the isolation experienced by those who fall through the cracks.
Mastwyk's This Country was written reflecting on shifting musical, political an personal tensions. Originally written as a Dylanesque acoustic dirge the track was reimagined as a high-octane seventies-inspired country funk number in the studio.
