Calling all you crazy canuks, maple-suckers and homesick hosers – we’re kicking off the Canada Day celebrations bright and early with a Bottomless Caesar Brunch!

You’ll have your choice between three classically Canadian creations:

French Toast featuring thick slices of bread, soaked in egg beaten with milk and cinnamon, fried in butter and served with delicious Canadian maple syrup. 

Canadian Flapjacks featuring four fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped off with crispy bacon and a touch of chili sauce for some extra kick.

Breakfast Sandwich featuring smoky Canadian cheddar, peameal bacon, eggs, apple and a maple-mustard sauce between a warm, homemade maple biscuit.

Each meal will also include a few tasty Tim Horton’s inspired treats (because we bet it’s been a while since you’ve had a Timbit!)

Enjoy your meal with a side of bottomless Caesar’s made the traditional Canadian way – ice cold Mott’s Clamato, Vodka, Tabasco, Worcestershire, garnished with a celery stalk and of course, a sizzling piece of crispy bacon.
